The Gridiron NSW competition caters for 2 age groups, 14-18 years (Colts) and 18+ (Division 1).
There are currently 9 Division one teams and 10 Colts Division teams in the GNSW competition. The Colts competition runs from approximately February to July each year and the Divison 1 competition runs from approximatly End of August to December each year
