The Penrith City Outlaws have regrettably withdrawn from the 2012 Division 1 season. This has caused the original draw to be revised to accommodate byes for all teams. In the interest of retaining 12 games for the season the season will comprise 14 rounds and two rounds of finals. This means that only top 4 will compete in the finals.
